Routes offers a straightforward self-park experience with a complimentary round-trip shuttle and a convenient drop at the Car Rental Center, where the airport train takes you straight to the Domestic Terminal. The lot is gated and covered by security cameras. Because the shuttle stops at 11:30 PM and the lot closes overnight, Routes is best suited for daytime and early-evening departures and returns.
Pull into 2144 Sullivan Rd in College Park. Check in at the front desk (open 6:00 AM–12:00 AM) with your reservation confirmation. Attendants will direct you to a space. In rare high-demand periods, valet assistance may be required for efficient parking.
The complimentary shuttle runs on demand from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM. It drops all customers at the Car Rental Center, where the airport-operated train connects to the Domestic Terminal. International travelers use the dedicated airport shuttle from the Car Rental Center to the International Terminal. There is no shuttle between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM, and the lot is closed during those hours.
After landing, call 404-704-0910 to arrange pickup from the Car Rental Center. If your return falls outside 6:00 AM–11:30 PM, you will need to arrange alternate transportation — the Routes shuttle does not operate overnight.
