Pull into 3901 Mannheim Road in Schiller Park. Check in at the office with your reservation confirmation. This is a valet location — you will leave your keys. Attendants will direct you. If you drive an oversized vehicle (F250 or larger, 12–15 passenger van, commercial vehicle), call 847-671-4000 before booking to confirm any extra charge.
The free shuttle runs 24 hours a day, on demand, to and from O'Hare. After you park and check in, the shuttle will take you to your terminal.
After baggage claim, call 847-671-4000 to arrange shuttle pickup back to your vehicle. The dispatcher will direct you to the pickup point. Allow a few minutes for the shuttle to arrive.
