Pull into 3950 N Mannheim Rd in Franklin Park. Park in the spots marked "check in parking" and go to the customer service center. A Pride staff member will handle your luggage from your car to the shuttle van. This is a valet location — you will leave your keys. The 3-day minimum applies.
The free shuttle runs 24 hours a day, on demand, to and from O'Hare. Up to 4 people per car ride free. Airlines recommend arriving at the airport 2 hours before your flight — plan to arrive at the lot before that window.
