Founded in 1997 and still family-owned, it combines a genuinely 24/7 on-demand shuttle with on-site car wash and car care — so your car can be cleaned and serviced while you travel. The lot is gated and monitored, and the staff handle your car from drop-off to return. The trade-offs are the higher nightly rate and the 3-day minimum; this lot makes the most sense for longer trips where the valet convenience, car wash, and reliable shuttle justify the cost.
Pull into 4005 North Mannheim Road in Schiller Park. Check in at the office with your reservation confirmation. This is a valet location — you will leave your keys. Bring a printed copy of your booking. No Duallys allowed (6-wheel trucks). Passenger vans with 7 or more passengers must drop off passengers and luggage at the airport before parking in the lot. You are charged when you return to the lot, not based on the times you put on your itinerary. Overstays incur additional fees at the lot's posted rates.
The complimentary shuttle runs 24 hours a day, on demand, to and from O'Hare. Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours before your flight — be sure to arrive at the parking location before that window. The shuttle ride takes about 5 minutes.
After baggage claim, call 847-671-7275 to request shuttle pickup. The dispatcher will direct you to the pickup point. Allow a few minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Your car will be ready when you get back to the lot — ask about car wash and car care at check-in if you want them added.
