The shuttle runs every 10–15 minutes on demand from 4 AM to 8 PM, which is one of the more frequent daytime schedules on the LGA perimeter. The lot is fenced with floodlighting and 24/7 CCTV, and the waiting area has Wi-Fi and phone charging — useful if you arrive before the shuttle is ready.
The limitation is the shuttle window: after 8 PM, there is no service. If your return flight lands late, you will need a rideshare back to the lot.
Pull into 60-20 30th Avenue in Woodside. Check in at the office and hand over your keys — this is a valet location. Present your confirmation on your phone or printed. The staff will direct you to the shuttle.
