You drive in, park in any open space, and check in at the front desk for the next shuttle. Because the lot sits on the hotel grounds, it is well-lit, gated, and staffed around the clock. The 15-minute shuttle interval is one of the most frequent on the LGA perimeter.
One quirk worth knowing: reservations are sold as uncovered parking, but if a covered space happens to be open when you arrive, you can use it at no extra cost. It is first-come, first-served, so this is a bonus rather than a guarantee.
Enter at 102-05 Ditmars Boulevard. The lot is on the northeast side of Ditmars, between 25th Avenue and 102nd Street. Park in any open space, then walk to the front desk to check in and get shuttle timing. Keep your confirmation handy.
The shuttle departs every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. It drops at all LaGuardia terminals. Follow the on-site signage for the pickup point.
After baggage claim, go to Terminal C (City Buses area) or Terminal B (Zone 3). Present yourself to the shuttle — no phone call is required, though you can call the hotel if you cannot locate it.
Important: Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the lot. If you need to leave and come back mid-trip, this lot will not work for you.
