Pull into 6155 North River Road in Rosemont. Proceed through the gate, drop your luggage under the front door canopy, then park in the lane closest to River Road. The lot is open 24/7 with on-site staff. Allow about 30 minutes to park and catch the shuttle.
The complimentary shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, departing the hotel on the hour and half-hour. The ride takes about 10 minutes. There is no shuttle between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM. Airlines recommend arriving at the airport 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.
Domestic: the shuttle picks up at Door 2C, Terminal 2, lowest level, at the 15 and 45 minute marks. International: pickup is at Door 5E, and it must be requested by phone at 847-696-4400 — the driver does not stop at Terminal 5 unless requested. If you land after 10 PM, take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi back to the hotel.
