It is a straightforward park-and-fly setup — no covered parking, no valet, no frills. The trade-offs are the hourly shuttle schedule (not on-demand) and the lack of overnight service. If your flight times fall within 5 AM–10 PM and you don't mind a fixed schedule, the nightly savings versus the shuttle lots add up quickly.
Pull into 777 E Grand Ave in Bensenville. Check in at the front desk upon arrival with your reservation confirmation. The front desk is staffed 24/7. Attendants will direct you to a space in the uncovered self-park lot. Allow ample time for check-in and shuttle transfer — arriving early ensures a smooth start to your trip.
The complimentary shuttle runs every hour from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. There is no shuttle between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM. The ride takes just under 15 minutes. Plan to arrive at the lot at least 2 hours before your flight (3 hours for international) to account for check-in and the shuttle wait.
After collecting your luggage at Terminals 1, 2, or 3, call 331-201-7676 for pick-up. Follow the overhead signs to the Bus & Shuttle Center and the red arrows on the ground leading to Shuttle Center Door 1 — the shuttle will arrive there. If your return falls outside 5:00 AM–10:00 PM, you will need to arrange an Uber, Lyft, or taxi back to the hotel.
